It's been about two months since I ordered the watch and it came in fair condition but honestly it was in good condition. Very little scratches on the screen and side of the watch. I bought a case, screen protector and different bands for it and it looks practically brand new. I also bought a Samsung watch charger just to make sure thr watch could hold charge for a while. It took about 3 full charges for the watch to be good for about 36 hours. Best $40 I've spent in a while.

The watch has been great. Working really well with my Pixel 8 phone. My only complaint is with the charger sent with it. I would have it on the charger over night and then I would notice the watch is the only at 60% battery. So I was worried the watch wasn't working. However, when I looked it up, I found out that 3rd party chargers sometimes won't work with the watch and the watch will pause the charging. So I bought a Samsung charger and now it charges great. If I would not have done the research I would have thought it was the watch and returned it. So just a heads up, it's better to send these watches out with Samsung charges and not 3rd party ones.

I have bought 3 items from Backmarket. None of the came with chargers that worked correctly. I got my mom an IPhone and it had the wrong charger for the phone. The kindle had a bad charger that would not charge and the Samsung watch will only charge if you set the watch a certain way and if it gets bumped it drains the battery instead of charging it. The phone, kindle and watch all work with the correct chargers and were in decent condition.

the device arrived well packaged and in good shape. it had a few scratches with are expected. I bought a screen protector and snap on bumper for the face. the only downside is I have to charge it every day. I keep a charger in my house, in my car, and in my office. everything else about this watch is awesome. I use it for fitness mostly and it's really accurate with heart rate. I have a galaxy phone and didn't know how seamlessly the watch would work with it.

I'm pretty happy with my purchase, the watch is in pretty good condition but it does have some paint worn off on the top edges which I kinda expected. The shipping was quick and the tracking was accurate.

The device has a problem charging and staying charged. I charged it until it was full and when using it, I noticed the battery and drained 10% in less than 5 minutes. The watch also only shows that it's charging at certain positions on the charger.
