I was a good repeat customer. The screen came cracked completely across the glass. This should have been picked up by whoever inspected it. I don’t have 5 days or more to send it back to you to be repaired and lay out shipping costs. My wife is a teacher and we just spent over 5 hours setting this phone up. Bad business selling damaged phones. I don’t think I’m going to purchase anything else from you anymore.
