The console and controller arrived in a perfect condition, wrapped up very well! The only negative feedback I have is about the usb cable. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all. I tried my daughters and the PS4 worked right away. Not a big deal, buying a new one tomorrow. But overall a great purchase and a happy son on Christmas!

work's perfectly no issues at all. rather then it still had someone's account still on it but after I reset it back to factory no issues at all. I have used back market for multiple things and never had any thing but great refurbished products. enjoy doing business with them and tell others to check it out.
