    I didn’t get the correct charger with the phone. It also keeps giving me a *86 voicemail message, which is from a Verizon service. It also still has Verizon shortcut phone numbers in the contacts list that I can’t delete. The phone still has VZ apps on the phone and it boots up with the VZ logo even though I am not using VZ. The phone was also slightly damaged on one corner. Still with all the issues, I still like the Samsung galaxy S7.

    The phone I bought was managed by Coke Florida is still enrolled in a mobile device management program, and was as good as a brick on arrival. Worse, I got excited and put in my SD card before realizing that fact and I think the mdm program erased all my data :(

    The delivery of the phone was good along with its packaging. There were two problems: 1. The wrong charger was shipped with the phone 2. The phone often got hot when on charger.
