Practically brand new. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed in was that the nib on my SPen was dull, but that's nothing that can't be easily replaced. Loved the service and response after initially receiving the wrong product; they were nice and really quick in resolving the matter. I've had it for a month and the quality is superb! Highly recommend
