    The device I ordered as a temporary replacement for one I also ordered from Backmarket that needed repairs, was not the correct device. Once I opened a support request, the support people didn't answer their messages except once every 24 hours. The technician I spoke with had minimal competence around the technical issue. After buying 6 devices from Backmarket this situation has made me wonder if I want to continue my business here.
