I could not be more pleased with my HP EliteBook 840 G6! The entire process from online ordering to delivery was smooth and trouble free. Not to mention the price! Wow! The description stated the condition was “Good”, however I would change that to “Excellent”. I could not find a blemish on it. I have been running it for a few weeks now and still runs beautifully. I found Back Market via Google search; it’s now bookmarked for future purchases.

The quality of the Laptop was much better than believed, scratches are extremely minor i almost believed i had bought one of Excellent condition. No issues with the laptop, so far it's been a month and i'm loving it

I really like this computer. What really sold it for me was the amount of storage and a few gaming features since I do like to play games on it too. The facial recognition is a plus and the color is nice. I really just wanted a computer with a lot of space on it and this was perfect. My only con is that it doesn't 'look' like an updated 2021 computer, lol and its not touch screen :( but I had to settle for it. All in all, its a nice computer with cool and useful features.

BackMarket on the buying end is good, on the resell end I haven't figured it out, specifically when I'm trying to resell my old Dell XPS 13, the website seems to want only MacBooks--the HP EliteBook is good/adequate but not as fast as I expected and runs hot

The computer seems in good condition and performs well. The only thing is that the F2 key looks tilted and is not as responsive as the other keys which becomes a problem as I use this computer mostly for excel and shortcuts.

The Laptop is working pretty well. But, the Android Port, and the Type "C" Port are both not working. Also, the Face Recognition function is not working.

This item is amazing! It looks brand new! There are no scuffs or scrapes! It runs like a champion! My wife absolutely loves it. I am so beyond impressed. I am a computer technician and my wife is very picky about electronics. We have no complaints! Thank you so much!
