    I'm thrilled with my iPhone 12 Pro Max purchase, the condition and battery life were excellent condition. The screen looked flawless and the body and sides looked almost brand new, aside from a very minor scrape which you can hardly see on the side. But you can feel it if you run your finger along it. But with a case on you can't even tell. I did order the same phone in good condition from another refurbisher, but the condition was good but some slight noticeable nicks on the side of the phone. Plus the battery life was dismal and one of the cameras was not a genuine replacement, because it kept prompting me that a camera replacement was a genuine Apple product. I'm really happy with this phone, I installed a screen protector and the clear case that I purchased before. If I look for another refurbished phone, I'll look for this seller again.

    Hi! I received my order on time and very quickly. I just wanted to say that once again Back Market has outdone itself! This is the third phone I have purchased from Back Market and it is in immaculate condition (you can not tell it is not new) with a 95% battery! The refurbisher,Prime Mobile 1, was right on spot! They did a great job, I could not be more pleased with the condition and the price. In all, from various refurbishers on Back Market, I have bought three Apple phones and two Apple MacBook pro laptops and could not be happier with all my purchases. I am very, very happy with the purchase, and continue to be a devout Back Market customer! Thanks.

    Got my new to me iphone12pro max and love it! Great condition, won’t know it was a refurbished phone. Love the size. And shipping was great and my trade in was easy and smooth. When it’s time to upgrade I will come back for sure.

    Iphone 12 pro is a good refurbished phone for a good price! Not just that but my old iPhone X pro trade in fetched 150$ which brought the price down to a little over 300$! Can’t see spending 1200$ for the new 15 pro, which isn’t all that much better anyway. Thanks Backmarket, I’ll be back for more in 3 years.

    The phone is perfect and working perfectly well. I doubt if it is even a refurbished phone because it’s just brand new. The service delivery was perfect as well. I’d recommend backmarket any time!👍🏽👍🏽

    The IPhone 12 Pro Max I order came in perfect condition even though I ordered good model and has been working perfectly fine up until a recent Apple update 17.3. I was skeptical when I first purchased but I will be a returning buyer in the future. I am very happy with my purchase:

    My daughter had an iphone 10 that was on its last leg! I really wanted to get her a new phone but really couldn’t afford it! My other daughter found out about Back Market from a co worker who has bought several iphones from Back Market for her family and she’s always been happy and has never had any problems! I was able to get my daughter an iphone 12 pro max in excellent condition from Back Market! She was so happy and excited and thankful she started crying! She’s having a tough time financially and has an almost two year old, so buying a new phone was not a possibility for her! I love that not only are you able to keep things out of the landfill but helping save materials from being mined. I know it’s a rain drop in an ocean of electronics but if everyone would change the mindset of always needing the “latest and greatest” it could make a huge difference!! I also feel more secure knowing that it also comes with a one year warranty! I will definitely be telling anyone I know that they need to use Back Market for their electronic and tech needs!!     I bought an iphone 12 pro max in "good" condition. Compared with the iphone 6s I had been using I feel that I've been catapulted into the future. My only issue (other than no written explanation of how to work an iphone without a home button) is the screen condition which, because it was classified as "good," was billed to be "perfect". The body was in great condition but the screen has a few small scratches on it which don't really bother me too much. It's certainly not enough for me to go through the hassle of claiming any warranty work or anything, and overall I'm pleased with my purchase; but it would have been nice to have been delivered an item completely as advertised.

    I really love my IPhone 12 Pro Max. It was almost perfect. The only issue is I ordered my phone in excellent condition, and was assured that the battery would come with a minimum of 85% battery life but my phone only has 83%.
