Phone came like it was brand NEW! No scratches no nothing! Came with a brand new charger and box, and when I checked the battery capacity it’s at 100% with only ever being charged 3 times ever. Had my doubts because it refurbished and it’s a gift for someone but I definitely recommend buying from here! Not to mention shipping was free and it came in two days!

At first I was skeptical and nervous about my purchase because.. well its a refurbished phone but ohhhh my god Im so glad I got It. My new IPhone 15 came completely untouched! It looks wonderful. It runs smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.

My experience with Back Market has been tremendously positive. This phone was the 4th item I've purchased refurbished from Back Market. The iPhone 15 quality is certainly better than the iPhone 12 I traded in. One downside is the phone has crashed a few times while in Portrait mode in the camera app. The OS froze then the screen went fuzzy. I had to manually reboot the phone a couple of times. On the 12 it would sometimes lag in Portrait mode but this was a first. I'll keep an eye on it.

I’m happy with my new iPhone 15! It’s in good shape and it doesn’t have any outside flaws that I can see with my naked eye ( although I did get excellent condition). Though I’m not impressed with the battery capacity ( 87% ) it still holds charge good. It’s what i expected refurbished, and I’d buy from here again!

Loving it! Seriously had some concerns about back market but this proved to be the right choice :) trade in has been sent too so hopefully i get a good amount back! Recommended and I will definitely try back market for more refurbished electronics!

The device I got from BM is fantastic. It is a new iPhone 15,it has 100% health battery, Apple care until march 2025 and no sight of use. It was my first bought like this (refurbished/renewed) I am so glad and I will buy here again in BM.

I ordered the phone in "Good" condition and it looks great! Only slight dings on one corner, and the phone looks and functions well. The only issue I had was with shipping and I ended up having to go pick it up at a location. It only came with the charging cable, no wall plug-in, but that is an easy thing to buy. Overall, I'm very happy with my first experience buying refurbished technology. Will shop here again in the future!

This is the best example of you get what you pay for, i bought this in premium conditions and literally this phone is brand new literally and im talking about new new 100% battery perfect not even little micro scratch in the screen nothing, this is perfect and will definitely buy again from this refurbisher. this even came with an extra wireless charger for the phone and apple watch and a the USB C charger, like it couldn't get any better. right now im loving it and this is the best experience i have gotten. thank you!!!!

Love my phone, probably not the best decision to buy a refurbished iPhone 15 right now but I am in love, took around 30 minutes to set it up and it’s been great!! This is my third buy from here and hopefully I am able to soon buy an iPad! (For drawing ofc) so hopefully that goes good as well!
