Overall pretty happy with the quality and speed that this refurbished iPhone has, but the battery was older than the phone I was replacing so I went to Apple for a $69 battery replacement. Still cheaper than buying a new phone, but seems like battery replacements are no longer guaranteed on BackMarket. This is my fourth or fifth phone that I have purchased on here and I had never had to worry about the battery issue.

So far, so good. I was able to get my old phone data transferred to the new iPhone. Then moved the Sim card. Made a phone call and sent a text message. Haven't tried anything else. The battery is my only concern at this point as that is why I had to replace my last iPhone (the battery would have cost as much as a newer refurbished phone).

Got the phone in excellent condition and it’s good no cracks minor scuffs but it’s not a problem for me since last phone broke and it was easy transition for data and it’s true to color the only thing is the battery life not so great but that’s because it’s refurbished but overall good quality and condition would recommend for the price of it 😌💗

I am the happiest lady in the world right now!! My iPhone SE arrived before the date stated, packaged securely and in mint condition!! I truly recommend this site for making my life easier by using refurbished tech! Excellent 5 stars definitely!

The phone is in great conditions, turns on & works/functions great. The only issue I have is the battery in the phone is degrading. It’s only at 78% capacity in terms of remaining battery life which means I’ll have to bring it to an Apple Store soon to have it serviced & replace the battery. Beyond that the seller is great & sells good refurbished products.

Great value for the phone, and it works great! Only problem is the refurbished glass is a little thicker than the real iPhone glass, so it’s slightly less sensitive. You get used to it, but it was a little annoying at first.

We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time buying a refurbished phone, but it exceeded our expectation and more! Everything was just as advertised (we bought it in “Excellent” condition), physically the phone was basically flawless— barely visible scratches (if any), speakers working great, the battery’s even up to 100%! On top of that, customer service is top-notch. Would def buy from BackMarket again!

I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do! So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. And the price was right — I wasn’t about to drop more than a couple hundred bucks (max!) on a twelve year old girl… not once, not never! Lol Anyway, that’s exactly what happened. I ordered her a iPhone SE (2020) and waited for a reaction. She LOVED it. Wouldn’t stop showing me all the “cool apps she just got” and blah blah blah… ok ok — !! So, I ordered the exact same one! Couldn’t be happier. I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing. Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter. Great phone - I bought a refurbished phone in excellent condition- it was like new. Super easy to add my card. Will use Back Market again.
