Phone arrived in pristine condition, only issue is battery is only 81 % health, but it’s easy to get replaced. Great phone absolutely flawless physical condition. Highly recommend BackMarket for refurbished devices

I am very happy with this phone. And bc I feel like I got a great deal for opting for the refurbished option it makes me feel even better about it. Like I am so smart and why would I ever buy a brand new device when a company exists like back market. There is no risk bc you guys have the customer service side of things executed perfectly so I feel like the risk with buying refurbished is completely non existent. I know if anything is wrong with my item you will fix it promptly and politely. Can’t go wrong! Thanks

I've never used refurbished before but I must tell you the experience I've had has been great. Ordered an IPhone and it was delivered on time and in great condition. We did have an accident and had to return the phone. No problems with the warranty easy to follow and Back Market stayed to their word. I have reorder another phone. Great Job Back Market.

This was my first purchase on third party apps such as black market regarding apple products and I ordered an iPhone XS with excellent quality however the battery capacity was 84%. I wasn’t expecting a battery of 84% as listed as an excellent quality. Raises a question on other products especially that are marked as excellent condition.

My iPhone XS was as described, in excellent (like-new) condition. It replaced another iPhone XS I purchased from Back Market that was 23 months old. That phone was still in great condition and functioned perfectly until I damaged it with water.

Would have been five stars this time around. The iPhone XS Max was in excellent condition except for the battery being at 84%. The charging cable that was sent did not be work, but that being said. It was a good experience as usual.

I am still enjoying my iPhone XS Max. I have had it for two years now. Battery Life still going strong at 85% and no problems whatsoever. The phone when I purchased it, battery life was at 90% and all original parts on phone. The phone itself was in very good condition. I’m Very Happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

iPhone came within a couple of days after placing the order. No crack screen no marks . Perfect condition. I got an IPhone xs in good condition. The only problem is whenever I charge the phone it starts overheating but everything else is still works fine .

Great experience and fair price. Although I ordered an iPhone XS in excellent condition, the invoice shows it as "very good". Regardless, it is in great condition and has been working fine so far. Thank you!
