So this speaker is phenomenal. I bought this for 100, shipping made it 107-8, and let’s just say this thing looks and performs way better than anticipated. Firstly, no marks at all, granted I got this in excellent condition but it’s splendid it holds up to quality chosen. Then, the speaker got was the Charge 5 WiFi, the one that goes for around 200+ new, and it works like a charm. In very blessed about this purchase and surprise, with or without the WiFi version I would not have been disappointed.

Honestly sound good for the size. Didn't really save money versus buying new from AZ or Walmart.com. I did prevent a pair from going to the landfill and creating demand for refurbished.

I always love buying from BackMarket. I’ve gotten a few things over a few years and it’s always been as expected. With this speaker. I could not tell it was refurbished. Great deal for such a good speaker. Great audio quality and sturdy.

There are a few little parts where you can tell there is preowned wear on the device and packaging however so far the sound quality is good as new and operating regularly. Pairing easily with my phone and other bluetooth devices. Only time will tell, but glad to get another refurbished speaker if it's quality.

This is my second time using Back Market (first purchase was an i-pad), and I highly recommend this company. Just got a JBL Speaker, which is in perfect condition and works really well. What a great way to get discounted products, while being less wasteful and helping the planet .

WOW, I swear this speaker is brand new. It came in the original JBL box with even the protector cloth over the speaker. Looks brand new and even smells new. (People use it around camp fires and stuff and that smell will stick to the fabric) I am so incredibly pleased with my purchase, it's amazing. Thank you Backmarket!

It's fine it arrived well physically and everything, but it happens to me that with my iPhone 16 pro the bluetooth signal makes a lot of interference when connecting or with high end iPhones, I don't know if it's the speaker the problem, or the iPhone software.

Great speakers. One has a crack in the bottom but doesn't affect performance. The other one looks superb. For half the price you can't complain.These speakers are just plain awesome .JBL ultimate perfect for my pool parties.
