Ok so I’m just gonna get this part out of the way, I was really nervous to order off of here because I’m really paranoid about websites that sell refurbished stuff cause you never know of it could come in broken. But oh my gosh I couldn’t recommend this website enough! I ordered a 64g unlocked iPhone 11 in excellent, and it’s practically new, there was only a little scratch on the bottom of the back but I really don’t care. The battery health is at 91% and can last me through school, watching movies, playing games, etc. which is a big upgrade from my last phone! 5 ⭐️!!

I clicked on 4 out of 5. I didn't click on 5 because I am not a website power user and I know even less about buying a cell phone. So I was clicking around in a befuddled state only due to my own shortcomings. I feel bad that I can't honestly give a 5. The website and information was plentiful and spot on. The emails that I received at every step of the way, with a pinch of humor, were very nice. I was kept aware of everything. Including to "be ready today" because my delivery was expected...and was made. The phone itself is perfect. It is claimed that it has been refurbished. They may be not telling the truth. It seems like it is Brand NEW! I will definitely use Back Market again when the need hopefully rises for my growing business. Then I will be able to give a full 5 smiley face review since I will know what I am doing!

Overall pretty happy with the quality and speed that this refurbished iPhone has, but the battery was older than the phone I was replacing so I went to Apple for a $69 battery replacement. Still cheaper than buying a new phone, but seems like battery replacements are no longer guaranteed on BackMarket. This is my fourth or fifth phone that I have purchased on here and I had never had to worry about the battery issue.

This upgrade for my iphone was a great bargain. The phone looks new and so easy to set up. This is my third phone from Back Market and I will continue to shop their store for well refurbished phones. I am so happy to have this shop available!

My verified reconditioned iPhone11 arrived promptly and is in excellent condition. Looks like a new phone. I've had it for a full week now and it has worked perfectly. It came with 97% battery health and holds a charge easily for more than a day despite heavy use by me. I have had other Back Market phones before and highly recommend them. Setup was easy as I paired it with my old iPhone.

So far, so good. I was able to get my old phone data transferred to the new iPhone. Then moved the Sim card. Made a phone call and sent a text message. Haven't tried anything else. The battery is my only concern at this point as that is why I had to replace my last iPhone (the battery would have cost as much as a newer refurbished phone).

Was looking for a refurbished phone for my 11 year old. Was told by a friend to check out backmarket and I am so glad I did. Delivery was amazing and phone was in amazing condition. Better than I expected. Overall very happy with my decision!

This was my first experience with Back Market and it did not go off without a long hitch. The phone is fine now, but I was unable to transfer info into it. A call to Back Market's customer service only led to being given a phone number to Apple Support. That rep was wonderful, but we had to spend a lot of unnecessary time to walk through getting past the voiceover feature that the refurbisher left on. What should have taken a few minutes to set up this phone ended up taking almost 3 hours to do so.

The microphone cuts out a lot while another person Is talking on speakerphone, or if they are streaming on discord etc, everything else with the phone seems great, the screen looks more colorful less orange like my iPhone XS I got a good condition, with a new battery so the battery is new. Both cameras look good, there is a small scratch on the back of the phone but that was listed for good condition so I don’t care much it’s on the back, the front of the phone is good no scratches the sides had no scratches the cameras no scratches, I do have a screen error but that’s bc it was replace most likely, when I do press on the screen you can tell it’s not genuine apple which is whatever (looks better anyways) I’m not tryna be picky but realistic for you guys who will read my review and you decide you want to buy this, it does seem like the iPhone 11 has microphone issues in general so it’s probably just apple in that case not the refurbisher fault, volume is loud and good sounds great, the down volume button is super sensitive though like it does at click like the up button does
