I will only buy from Back Market. This is my 4th purchase with them. The quality of the devices is great, and the price makes them outstanding. The ordering process is easy, the shipping is fast, and I was updated daily on the location. I will never purchase from any other place. I'm a Back Market lifer!

I ordered a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic in Excellent condition, but what I received was closer to Fair at best. The bezel and back of the watch were scratched, the strap was unbonded and full of dirt, and even the charger band was cracked and worn. The watch was not reset before shipping, I had to do it myself. It was obvious the device had not been cleaned or properly refurbished. I appreciate that Back Market support was responsive and quickly provided a return label, but it is disappointing to have to go through this process when I paid for excellent quality. The price difference between Excellent and Fair is significant, and the offered 10% refund did not come close to covering that gap. I have lost trust in the refurbisher who sent this watch and decided to return it for a full refund. I recommend avoiding this seller until Back Market ensures their quality standards are enforced.

sent back, arrived with screen not secured to device. still no word on the repair/replacement. would like to use what I paid for

Packaging was horrible, condition of item was bad. Watch was full of fingerprints and dirt. Also they used a cheap band that is uncomfortable.
