it's perfect for what i needed. i don't own a smart phone or a camera & needed to be able to take pictures of my art, etc. i like the small size. i added a memory card & have plenty of space for music & games as well. plus it was so inexpensive! i love being able to get refurbished tech from a place i trust.

I love my refurbished 2020 Macbook air. It arrived in a couple of days after ordering and was just as described. I had hoped to send my old Macbook in for some money back but I bogged down in getting my data and apps transferred to the new computer. I'm old and I should have hired someone to do it for me instead of going down the rabbit hole! I plan to use BackMarket for a refurbished iphone next.

I love how fast my iPhone came! I ordered it on a Monday and it was at my house Thursday afternoon. Back-market was great at keeping me updated on my shipment. This iPhone came in great condition for such an amazing price! I will always order from back market whenever I get a new device.

The purchasing experience was very easy to navigate on the website. The phone is looks perfect except small surface, nearly visible scratches in glass. Does not interfere with viewing. The clarity and photos are exceptional. Which is the main reason I chose this phone. A definite upgrade from my 4 year LG. The only thing is even though it is unlocked, the previous service apps are still there and I am unable to delete. My previous phone was refurbished and unlocked and did not have the same issue. It was not clear in the purchase expectations this would be the case. Not a big deal except the apps keep asking me to connect.

I bought the MacBook pro wondering that it would be good, but it was so much better then I could expect, it’s fast, image quality amazing, sound is like a new MacBook, and the Touch Bar that makes everything better and easier. The only bad part was the charger that doesn’t work and since I’m not in US anymore I cannot ask for a replacement.
