Easy, transparent, fast, and trustworthy. It took me a few minutes to find a MacBook Air that I wanted and get a trade-in quote. Price was solid and much easier than buying and selling separately. 15" black air came and looks sleek and runs cool. Mailed back my old laptop and got the full refund as quoted. Pleasurable experience!

I continue to be incredibly grateful for BackMarket and their crew for continuously delivering quality tested Mac products to my home. This MacBook Pro (2023) is no exception. Very happy with the quality (excellent) and every time their aesthetic grading (fair, good, excellent) is accurate. Grateful to get a significant computer upgrade at the fraction of a cost in buying brand spanking new. Highly recommend this particular computer and this site as a whole.

This is the 4th product I have purchased from Back Market, and it will not be my last! As it was with my Macbook Pro (which I destroyed), the next Macbook Pro (which my daughter now has), and my iWatch (which I am now wearing), this Macbook Air exceeded all expectations. It looks and performs like a brand new machine. Back Market proves that buying "new" is a fools errand.

I had a great experience using back market. Pricing was very fair on the Mac I bought and delivery was quicker than anticipated. Not only that but the kind people at back market upgraded my storage from 1 to 2 tb for free!

Mac looks like new, not a scratch on it. Nice that they provided a free upgrade, too. Ordered a 16GB RAM model, but received a 24GB RAM one instead. I doubt you would ever get a free upgrade like this anywhere else!

This is the second time that I've bought a computer from back market. You need to know what's best for your needs. I didn't do my research well enough the first time BUT! that is not on Back Market. I am super happy with my new purchase. And last time, I was too. I got a computer that didn't work and literally I had a replacement in 3 days. It was amazing. Everything went really smoothly this time. They answered quickly when I had questions about getting my trade in sorted out. And I know that my previous computer will find a new home and not wind up adding to the pollution of the planet! This is way better than buying anything new! And you seriously can't tell that it isn't! I intend to continue to buy tech here when I need it.

I would actually give this review a 4.8. I say that because the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard were not charged. I had to use my old bluetooth mouse and keyboard to set up and transfer from my old iMac. Because of this, my new iMac would not let me switch from old to new mouse, keyboard was fine. Their service was fast and arrived one day earlier, so I had change my afternoons around, to be present to sign with the currier. I'll be looking at Back Market for future purchases.

I could not be happier with my results. The approval process was easy-to-use. The selection is awesome and countless ways to customize my MacBook Pro. I was telling all my friends and family about the great ease of use on the website and fast shipping. It's my first time using Back Market and it won't be my last. I have had my computer for 15 days, and so far I have not had any problems, I bought it with these specifications because I am dedicated to graphic design and photography, sometimes I make small video edits but not frequently I have already made edits that I used to make on my old one. Imac 2012 and it gave me a lot of work to do and now I feel that my work is faster and more efficient, I hope that everything continues the same and I don't have a problem since this would stop my business. My only bad experience was with the shipping, the company specifically UPS is very inept and irresponsible when it comes to making the delivery, the packaging of my computer arrived broken in different parts and the equipment was compromised, in fact they never made the delivery to my house, I had to go pick it up personally.
