Purchased on Feb. 23rd, 2025 - Galaxy Z Fold 4 Beige This is not a review of a Samsung phone. This is a review of the refurbished hardware that I purchased through Back Market. Initial thoughts: fast delivery, good packaging for shipping. Out of the box, the condition of the refurbished Z Fold 4 was surprising. Inner and outer screens were pristine. The hinges feel strong, with no dents or scratches on the outer phone case. Overall, the unboxing exceeded expectations in terms of the phone's physical state. As of March 10th, I've had the phone two weeks. No glitches or dead pixels. After updates (Samsung, T-Mobile and Google), reinstalling apps, verifying logins and fingerprints, and daily use, the phone moves quickly between apps. Loads internet pages near instantly, and the speakers are loud and clear. Maybe I got lucky, but I have zero regrets and zero complaints about this purchase. This comes from a cynical buyer.

At first I was a little skeptical in ordering a refurbished phone because I didn’t know what to expect but I have no complaints, it’s like this phone was just pulled out of its original box. It works well and everything. Definitely recommend .

I ordered the iPhone 15 plus pink in excellent condition. It only took only 4-5 days to arrive. The battery life is at 95% which I’m very pleased with. There were no scratches/dents/marks at all except a couple very small ones on the metal ring around the camera. Overall none of the marks are noticeable in my opinion and I’m very happy with my new phone!

Hi! I received my order on time and very quickly. I just wanted to say that once again Back Market has outdone itself! This is the third phone I have purchased from Back Market and it is in immaculate condition (you can not tell it is not new) with a 95% battery! The refurbisher,Prime Mobile 1, was right on spot! They did a great job, I could not be more pleased with the condition and the price. In all, from various refurbishers on Back Market, I have bought three Apple phones and two Apple MacBook pro laptops and could not be happier with all my purchases. I am very, very happy with the purchase, and continue to be a devout Back Market customer! Thanks.

Love the phone and it works perfectly other than it might have been an aftermarket screen and finger print reader doesn't work the best but it doesn't bother me the phone is amazing and an amazing price.

I love my phone! I bought this and another one for my husband and both phones are nice! My husbands had some slight cosmetic issues but with a case it looks brand new! Definitely would purchase again!

The Purchase I have made has been an absolute great purchase! from the description about the quality and the condition it was in was accurate so was the shipping. It has completely exceeded my expectations from purchasing from them.

Item arrived in expected condition, unlocked and ready to assimilate with my carrier. The charging brick and cable were useful and worked well. The phone-exchange program went well, both in receiving mailing materials, and with a competitive pricing.

Very edges of the screen are very scratched but it doesn’t affect any of the actual parts if the screen. Corners of the cameras are also chipped but camera quality is still great. Actual phone works great haven’t ran into any issues.
