I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud). The Iphone 13 came well packaged and yes, in excellent condition. Beautiful phone. I highly recommend BackMarket to anyone looking at getting a "new" phone. Website so easy to navigate, great customer service and clear communication, AND most important, doing something nice for our cherished planet.

I was a little bit skeptical about getting a refurbished phone, but when I received it, I was so surprised about the quality of the phone. It looks and works like a brand-new phone. The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. I didn’t know that I would get such quality for a lesser price.

Phone works exactly as it should and seems to be refurbished well. The only complaint is that the battery seems to heat up at a decent speed faster than a normal Iphone battery, but, not too too bad and still more than manageable. Overall good experience and quick delivery.

Just purchased this iPhone 12, 128 gb storage which is a big jump from my 8+ 64 gb which I also bought from Back Market almost 4 years ago! Thought I would miss the “ole” home button but got over it fast. Bought this one as “pristine” and was not disappointed, also checked the battery life which was at 98%! Very easy switch over from the old phone, no issues afterwards on the new 12. Miss the thumb print on the home button sometimes to sign in/on, but the facial recognition is working perfectly. Got a fair trade in deal, got the old off to the refurbisher . If the 12 is anywhere near as good as the 8+ was, well I guess you won’t be hearing from me for a long time! Thanks Back Market !!!

Was looking for a refurbished phone for my 11 year old. Was told by a friend to check out backmarket and I am so glad I did. Delivery was amazing and phone was in amazing condition. Better than I expected. Overall very happy with my decision!

Now that Apple has officially done away with iPhones with Touch ID, I'm happy to be able to buy a perfectly refurbished SE from Back Market. It looks and works just as promised, and it was so much less. Thank you!

Very happy with my experience purchasing a refurbished phone for my 83 yr old father. He’s always had a trac phone and paid for minutes. This phone was affordable and easy to use. Plus I traded in a phone and got money back to help with the cost.

This phone for being refurbished at a battery health of 87% has been working really good and battery life hasn't been an issue. No scratches on the screen, just a couple scuffs on the chassis. Overall, worth the value and I think anyone looking for refurbished tech should check out this website.

I’m always leery about buying refurbished phones, especially when reading the reviews on this website (only because it was 100% all 5 stars), but I chose the “excellent” condition and it was better than expected. I have NEVER bought a new phone and this feels like I hit the jackpot. Exactly as described, perfect condition. Some reviews said issues appeared a short time later, but so far so good for me! Will DEFINITELY be back to order more for my family.
