    I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

    I recently purchased 2 Galaxy S20+ unlocked phones. Everything including ordering, shipping, pkg receipt went smoothly. Both phones were in stated condition and, thus far, have functioned perfectly. Well Done!

    This unlocked Galaxy S20+ 5G 128 GB Purple was in excellent condition. I am so glad that I was referred to Back Market. The order processed quickly and I had my phone in less than a Week. However, the phone had problems connecting to my existing AT&T network. Various dropped calls and sometimes would not connect to the Internet or Call at all. Phone would have Blackout points, even after the carrier switched out the SIM card. It has now been 3 weeks of trying to sort out the complications.

    ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! 🤩 Received my Galaxy s20+ 128g Baby Blue exactly how it was described: Excellent Condition. Not a single scratch. I wasn't worried tho cuz I bought it on Back Market. It came with the original box and a Samsung charger and cord. Delivery was super fast. Received it in its than 48hrs from my purchase. I won't hesitate to buy again from this dealer or Back Market!

    The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus arrived in pristine condition and works great! Everything was exactly as described and the shipping was very fast and low cost.     The app is excellent and easy to navigate. My new phone was as promised, in excellent condition. My Samsung S21 plus, 5g phone works so seamlessly that I was reminded how much i love the S series phones! Thank you, Back Market, for making it possible for me to afford one! I had such a good experience, so I came back here to get my Samsung A8 tab! I can't wait for it to get here!

    I read a ton of reviews and so many were good that I decided to try this out and in so glad I did. I purchased the good (middle?) option and my phone came in perfect condition. I've had no problems whatsoever with my phone. I wished more reviews talked about the actually phone, so I'll tell you what I like about my phone. It has great battery life. I use my phone a lot during the day and usually I don't have a problem with the battery making it to the end of the day. The battery life is a big thing for me and this phone has done great. I love how fast the phone is. It has so much memory and storage space that the apps open very quickly. I've had it a month and so far no problems. It has great speakers and sound, but no aux port, so just remember that. I was hoping it had a way to shake the phone to turn on the flashlight, but I was able to download an app, so no problem with not having that feature. And it takes really great pictures a well. Honestly I have no complaints about the phone and hope it will stay that way for a long time. And I'm happy to have saved so much money.

    It's been 6 months and this phone has turned out to be pretty good! I was expecting it to be in rough condition (even though it said excellent) because it is used but it delivered as promised and the color was accurate.
