The phone is great, back market is great, but the refurbisher, Electrodealz Inc, not so much. Had the phone for about 5 months, the battery started swelling, causing the screen to unglue. It was still under warranty so I sent it back. I followed the directions to wipe the phone, using the offline directions as I was afraid to power up the phone with a swollen battery. Apparently I didn't wipe it correctly, because they immediately sent it back with no communication from them because "your phone is locked [with] pin/pattern." Why do they need to get into the phone to replace the battery anyway? Seems like a convenient excuse to me. I should have just gone with my gut and bought the kit on ifixit and done it myself, which is what I'm going to do now.
The Backmarket part of the return/warranty process was very easy and painless though, so I'll give them that, though I do wish I could talk to the seller directly.

The phone is like new. I upgraded from my Back Market bought Pixel 2 from May of 2021. That phone started to glitch, so I made the jump to this phone. The service and reliability of this company is fantastic. Considering what I would have paid for these two phones, I have saved hundreds of dollars since 2021. I'm a believer in refurbished phones, and recommend everyone buy one from this company.

Very happy with the phone. I highly recommend Back Market for any phone purchase. I replaced my Google Pixel 5 after my battery overheated and eventually overtime didn't hold a charge. It was my fault for changing it on a hot car dashboard one to many times. I will be more careful with my new one. Just happy to have a good working phone and being somewhat environmentally conscious about it. Thank you Back Market for a good quality replacement at an affordable price!

The shipment arrived as scheduled with great packaging. The phone was like new (no scratches or other cosmetic defects. No problem to transfer my data from the old android phone to the Google 5. I did take it to my Xfinity provider to install l a new SIM and was up and running perfectly within minutes at no additional charge. Very satisfied and would definitely buy another refurbished phone if needed.
