    My experience with Back Market has been great but whoever the actual refurbisher/seller was for my iPad I'm not happy with. This is my third purchase from Back Market and my worst experience although it wasn't totally bad since the iPad is working and the imperfections are hidden by the case. I thought I ordered excellent condition (haven't checked my invoice yet to verify) and was disappointed in getting a very good condition iPad. Looking at it, I wouldn't call it very good condition. It's very noticeable that the screen had been removed. It has nicks all around the edges of the screen from being removed and some glue showing where they reassembled it. The case I put it in hides the imperfections. I also experienced difficulties setting it up, but it is working the way I want it now. I was very pleased with the other two purchases I made, an apple watch and a gen 8 iPad like this one; both for my wife, this one was for me. I don't have a problem with refurbished and would order from Back Market again.

    Quality refurbished I pad. Purchased for my elderly father for games and surfing. Arrive promptly, packaged well. It was definitely a hit At Christmas! Could not be happier! Back market was recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend the company.

    It’s working great so far! The only trouble I’ve run into is the charger that came with the iPad doesn’t charge, and my iPad is starting to charge really slow, even when I use my lightning charger. I’m not sure why, I think I might need the bigger Apple block charger cube.

    This is the 2 nd item am buying on this site the first was a laptop which was Good and was in great condition .I just brought an iPad Excellent and Apple Watch look like brand new . Just purchase the iPhone 13 Pro I. Good condition . Waiting to receive .

    I really believe we should be using recycled devices more, so I believe in what you do. I have worries about the functioning of such products So far the iPad is working great! It feels good that its warranties for a year as a new one from Apple would. Thanks!

    I always orderr my apple products from back market and they never fail to amaze mee me. i got my package one day early, the screen is flawless as well as the pack of the ipad and everything functions sound is greatt. 10/10

    The ipad we received was in excellent condition, with just a few very light scratches on one corner. It functions very well. One thing that was a bit disappointing is that it came with a third party charger and cable instead of an Apple charger and cable. I would still recommend Backmarket to anyone looking to save $$$ on Apple products!

    iPad came packaged well. Came with aftermarket charger block and cable. iPad looks like the screen got replaced, the back of the iPad has a couple scratches on the top end. But look like normal wear and tear. 9/10

    The experience purchasing a "new" iPad from Back Market was superb from beginning to end. Easy to shop and the package arrived in just a few days. The iPad looked and functioned like new. Price was great. Couldn't be happier!

    This iPad was purchased as a replacement for a friends iPad that had that had a connector failure. Although she was unable to copy from her old iPad or access iCloud, she's happy with the performance.
