    I bought the ipad air 3rd generation (2019) 64 Gb version for my 4 yr old in June of 2022. The thing has been amazing! A year and a half later we use it daily for her homeschool, we use it for every flight, cruise, long drive etc. It has held up like a champ and shows virtually no wear and tear. I've never had a problem with memory or viruses or pretty much anything else. I have recommended backmarket to other parents who over hear her playing educational games at the airport or wherever else we are. My only concession is if you buy this or any screen for your young child PAY ATTENTION to how much time they are devoting to it and WHAT they are watching! The ipad air has a great feature in settings that shows exactly how much time my daughter has used it each week and also breaks it down to categories such as entertainment versus eductaional apps. Next time I need a new laptop or ipad I will come to Back Market first!

    The ipad description said it was compatible with 2nd generation apple pencil, so I ordered this Ipad specifically for that. Unfortunately, that was not true, and the seller mistakenly put that. I was very disappointed as I needed the Ipad for school, and needed an Ipad compatible with 2nd Gen pencil. The upside is customer service. They allowed me to send it back to the seller for a full refund and a discount code for the new Ipad I bought. I would say that the condition of the Ipad was good, there weren't any noticeable scratches or dents. Customer service is amazing in responding and they are very diligent as well. I love the way my situation was handled as returning it was smooth, and the discount code was helpful. I have bought a Macbook Pro and an Iphone from Backmarket already with no complaints! Because of the way they handled this mistake I will continue to use Backmarket. Thank you customer service!

    I ordered a Fair condition and there was no visible scratches, dents, or chips. I’m sure this is not always the case but slap a case on it and it’s no different than a new IPad for a fraction of the price. This is my 3rd purchase from Backmarket and it sure won’t be my last!

    Pretty good deal overall. No scratches but can see outline behind the iPad of former case protector. Screen Responsiveness is a touch temperamental but otherwise everything else meets my needs. I am using this as a 2nd iOS device just because I went through a nightmare of trying to authorize myself post-iPhone repair. I plan to mainly watch YouTube vids, use it as a Roku remote, and shop on Amazon.

    I’ve had this ipad for over a year now, came in great condition almost as if it were brand new. And it only took like 2 days after purchasing to get to me, which I like a lot because expensive packages make me super nervous. The screen did crack a bit easily, never dropped it or anything and it somehow chipped. Not sure if that was something on my or their end? But it works perfectly, performance is great and the battery life still holds up. It can go without a charge for atleast a day at full. Thank you back market

    The iPad is a Christmas gift so I won't have a good assessment of it until after Christmas Day. But so far everything is just right. I set it up and all went well. The battery holds well. So I'm very hopeful that it will work well for my husband and his nightly You Tube habit.

    The condition of iPad is In great shape. Battery so far looks to be really good. Updates went without a problem also. Using this for my gps map while riding off road. Nice and bright and works perfectly. Very happy with it.

    I'm very happy to have found Back Market. Too many people want the latest and greatest and I'm fine with a model a few years old. This iPad is a great find and a lot less expensive than new but you would really need to look at it and dig deep to find anything that says it's couple years old. I bought 2 and they are as good as new, great battery life, no glitches. I've told quite a few people about this great resource. I'm not easy to please and Back Market will get more of my business. Thanks!
