    Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

    My iPhone 13 came with a battery capacity of 91% I've had it for about 2 months and the battery lasts all day long. Takes a very long time to die. Also, works really smoothly. I would recommend this device to anyone. I love my refurbished phone!

    My refurbished iphone 13 is perfect. Exactly as promised. And Back Market has been so helpful, with clear instruction on every step of process—delivery, setting up the new phone, and trading-in the old one. Definitely will be coming back when we next need a phone or laptop.

    This was an excellent purchase. I was worried about buying refurbished but have been pleasantly surprised. I got the pink iphone 13 for my daughter for her bday and you would barely know that it was used. Works amazing and the battery is perfect! very happy.

    I received my refurbished iPhone 13 and set it up today. I was disappointed to see that the maximum battery capacity is 88%. I was expecting that a refurbished phone would have a new battery (100%). Was I misled on that? I've already wiped my old phone to send in, and I don't want to return this one or send it it in for a new battery. I am just disappointed and will not be shy in saying so. **I did some research and found that the phone meets the battery requirement for "A" or Pristine. I had just assumed that any refurbished battery-powered appliance would have a new battery. I am quite pleased with my phone.

    If you are looking for a refurbished phone back market has never given me a bad product!!! This is my second iPhone purchase from their website and both times haven’t disappointed. I ordered a green iPhone 13 in good condition, with a new battery, arrived earlier than stated and had minor scratches on the back from the last persons case which is to be expected. I threw my clear case over it and it’s not even visible!!! There wasn’t a single scratch on the screen itself and came with a new charger.

    The phone came in good condition, looking very new. All is functioning really well with a battery health of 100%. only issue was a notification that the phone display had non-genuine parts. Wish it had original apple parts but i can't expect much from a refurbished phone. All in all, this is a good phone.

    I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and performance of this device. Despite being a refurbished model, it looks and functions like brand new, showcasing Apple's commitment to quality even in their refurbished products.There are some scratches around the camera and bottom speaker area, but it does not bother me as I put them in the case.

    It is good, I like the variety it has and the discounts it haves for being refurbished it good. The only exception is if you order more than two things then it will come separately depending on what you buy at separate times and places. Now I don’t mind it but I'd expect arriving at the same time. But it’s nothing that can be helped. Good product by the way. I like it!

    Delivery was faster than expected and condition of the phone I ordered in “good” condition was more like pristine. Son was very happy with his Christmas gift. This is my 2nd purchase from BackMarket and while it is too early to determine if the battery will last, I have had my other refurbished phone for several months and am still satisfied with it.
