Overall, I'm very impressed with the Lenovo ThinkVision monitor. It offers excellent image quality, a sleek design, and plenty of features for the price. The shopping experience was amazing - highly recommend!

Box was damaged by carrier, however the packaging of the used/refurb monitor was immaculate. Many of the components looked like they were heat sealed.
The monitor itself was in overall good condition. All ports worked properly and I've been able to hook up all my peripherals. It is one of the few monitors aside from Dell where there's an Ethernet jack. I like how there's no external power brick.
The only problem is on the right side of the display where there's a bit of light bleed. If you have a split window set up, the right window looks like it's sliding off the display. This doesn't happen on the left side.

Condition is as advertised, there are scratches on the stand which I don't even see when I'm using it. I have found nothing wrong with the display. I appreciate the power cble and 2 display cables that came with it, honestly I wasn't expecting that.

The product came on time and looked like it was in perfect shape. However, if the power cord isn’t positioned perfectly it will turn off. Also the colors look a little dim but that might just be the same for all of Think Vision E24Q-20.
