    I'm not sure how an item in excellent condition could have been any better. It arrived well-packaged and in excellent time. The controller received was better than expected as well, and was ready to use as soon as setup was complete on the Xbox. No regrets from this purchase at all.

    The down side is the total cost wasn't that much less than buying a new unit. But so far this one has behaved like new. The delivery was as promised and the condition was as stated. As long as this console lasts, then it was a good deal. I'm still not convinced I shouldn't have spent less than $100 more and bought the security of new. But I have 2 phones from Back Market that were a reasonably good deal so I'm hopeful.

    Ordered this in "excellent" condition on 3/14 with an estimated delivery date of 3/22. To my happy surprise I received it on 3/19 which was great. The console itself is definitely in "excellent" condition, a couple of minor scratches on the top that you can't even see unless you're inspecting it, which of course I was. Started right up and works wonderfully. The control seems pristine as well. Beautiful white with black, solid feeling, no drift, no stick to the buttons. If I tried to nitpick it would be that the raised lettering on the LB button has a bit of shmutz on it which I can easily get rid of with a Q-tip. That's literally as critical as I can be about the purchase of this item. 10/10. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Thanks folks. :)

    Order came in packaging secured and in a timely manner. No damage to the console and everything included as listed. This is my second purchase from this platform and I will be purchasing plenty more. It’s an awesome site to get the electronics that you’ve had your eye on, without the stress of emptying your wallet.

    Runs well , and takes up little space . Gaming and streaming is very good . All in all consul and controller are in good condition. USPS did take a minute to ship it. But that has nothing to do with Back Market or the company that sold it. Great job all in all.👍👍

    I'm very happy with this device. Purchased the "Good" category and was pleasantly surprised to find almost no signs of prior use other than a small scratch that you would have to hunt for with a close eye to find. Functionally, everything has been operating without any issues. The controller that was provided also looked brand new.
