    “Excellent” in terms of refurbishment grade is an understatement. This thing came in lookin brand spankin new! Controller is all good to go, haven’t had any problems like drift or deadzones, system is fast and had no connectivity problems. Very pleased.

    The system works fine and it’s in great condition. all the cables work fine but the controller is faulty. The buttons and joysticks get stuck and click things in their own or they don’t work for a bit. Luckily I had an extra controller

    Spent a little extra to get the excellent condition ps4 and glad I did. Back market is a great company and I have ordered from them 3 different times and will order again when I am in the market for more electronics!

    Order was due for the 15th and came a day earlier which was nice! I've had it for about 5 days and hasn't gave me an issues yet! The console itself and the remote was in excellent condition. So far I'm beyond happy with what I received. Anddd if something changes, I'll be back on here but I'm hoping not. Lol.

    I ordered this PS4 as a little Christmas gift to myself. This is the first PlayStation entirely owned by me, and not shared, that I've used. I was skeptical because the PS5 had already been released, but I was seeking a more budget option to have a remaining sum to splurge on games, a headset + a TV. I do not regret it at all. The PS4 came way before its expected delivery day, nearly a day after purchase. It was in nearly perfect condition, with logos protected from scratches with stickers. Included in the package was a DualShock Bluetooth controller in black, along with an HDMI cord, power cord, and a micro USB cord for charging the DualShock controller. This console still has a wide variety of games available for purchase with active and thriving online servers. It holds up well. I own the following titles: Elden Ring, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Kingdom Hearts III, Grand Theft Auto V, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Devil May Cry HD Collection, Devil May Cry 5, Resident Evil 6, Gran Turismo 7, and Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion.     my son loves it. it was a birthday gift. he's been buying games Non-Stop. oh one thing, it came with the wrong cord for the back of the game console it was supposed to be a two prong cord but, it came with a three prong cord. we had to go to Walmart to buy one. but overall it was a great buy.😂💙❤️

    Console is in good shape and the packaging was good too. Delivery was fast. But the price is a bit too much. Would’ve been a best purchase if it was $50-60 cheaper.
