    The microphone cuts out a lot while another person Is talking on speakerphone, or if they are streaming on discord etc, everything else with the phone seems great, the screen looks more colorful less orange like my iPhone XS I got a good condition, with a new battery so the battery is new. Both cameras look good, there is a small scratch on the back of the phone but that was listed for good condition so I don’t care much it’s on the back, the front of the phone is good no scratches the sides had no scratches the cameras no scratches, I do have a screen error but that’s bc it was replace most likely, when I do press on the screen you can tell it’s not genuine apple which is whatever (looks better anyways) I’m not tryna be picky but realistic for you guys who will read my review and you decide you want to buy this, it does seem like the iPhone 11 has microphone issues in general so it’s probably just apple in that case not the refurbisher fault, volume is loud and good sounds great, the down volume button is super sensitive though like it does at click like the up button does

    I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. Thank you very much, I will always be buying here at backmarket, you left me amazed and delighted with the quality of the services and products, this seller has 1000 million stars and left me very amazed. thanks

    This iPhone 11 pro is a really good phone. Its refurbished pretty well, and as described. Minor blemishes on the screen & undetected when a screen protector is placed on the phone. 100% battery replacement. Its quick, battery lasts, and its a fantastic phone. 100% reccommend backmarket

    I find it difficult to purchase a new cell phone. The prices with cell phone providers is always astronomical. Therefore, I have always purchased refurbished & renewed cell phones. I have gotten them all from Amazon & they sadly don't last very long & they are inferior in quality. My daughter & son in law have begged me to get another better cell phone. I went to my cell phone provider & they appeared to offer deals that I could afford, but then they were all sold out. The other phones they offered were expensive. I searched the internet for best refurbished phones & number one on the list was Back Market. I ended up ordering an iPhone 11 & a case for it. The phone & the case are the best that I have ever had. It's been quite the relief. Back Market offers quality & affordable products.

    I am so excited to finally have an upgraded phone. I switched from a 6s Plus to an iPhone 11 and it is in excellent shape, working great and the best part is that it's refurbished so I didn't have to spend tons of money. Thank you Back Market!

    This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

    I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do! So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. And the price was right — I wasn’t about to drop more than a couple hundred bucks (max!) on a twelve year old girl… not once, not never! Lol Anyway, that’s exactly what happened. I ordered her a iPhone SE (2020) and waited for a reaction. She LOVED it. Wouldn’t stop showing me all the “cool apps she just got” and blah blah blah… ok ok — !! So, I ordered the exact same one! Couldn’t be happier. I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing. Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter.     The phone had a alert saying a part used to repair the phone isn’t a genuine apple product. After I cleared the message and restarted my phone I haven’t seen it again! The phone functions perfectly! Battery life is great! Refurbished tech is the new wave!

    I got a phenomenal deal of this device and it has worked like a charm! It came with a preinstalled screen protector. For $87, it is incredible. AvantSolutions is a great refurbisher if you are looking for a device from them.

    All is well. My data transferred. I like my phone and will like it better when I learn more how to use it. I was impressed with the help and attention from back market. My phone looks like a new one. A little less battery capacity but for the difference in price and backing of back market it is the place to go for a refurbished device.
