    I got an iPad 10.2 (2021) for the kids to use on the weekend and when traveling. They’ve used it for about a month now and it’s been running smoothly, no problems so far. All the apps run quickly and seamlessly. Battery life is great, if it’s not being used, it stays on for several days. Would definitely recommend buying from here!

    I needed a laptop for business, I really didn't want to spend a lot of money. Found the BackMarket app on the app store. I have to say BackMarket is amazing. I decided on the MacBook Air (2017 excellent condition). they give you options of (Good, Fair, and Excellent) When i tell you this MacBook was in EXCELLENT! condition i highly recommend this company.The shipping was fast, also the laptop was packaged well. I like the fact that you have to sign for your item. The computer had NO scratches , and NO dings. looks brand new. my only problem was, getting everything updated. the laptop comes with a default Admin. with a default password. it took my daughter about an hour to get it up and running. Wish they would email instructions on getting everything updated in your name. it's not like getting it from Apple. I had to email customer service, and they was very fast about getting back. YES I RECOMMEND the company, will be making another purchase soon. Thanks BackMarket

    I had to pickup the order as I missed the delivery to my home. When I received the iPad, I noticed it had engraving removed leaving a gash on the back. It’s disappointing but not game changing as I bought a case for it and I don’t feel like returning the iPad as the device runs great. Would recommend to anyone!

    Bought iPad for my son for Christmas. He loves it and i love the fact i didn’t have to spend arm and leg on it. The condition of iPad is great! The shipping was super fast in fact it arrived earlier than expected. I will definitely purchase again.

    The MacBook was bought to be used by someone in Ghana. The item just arrived in Ghana today . There is not much I can say until I get a feedback from the recipient.i personally have not seen the MacBook.

    I'm so happy I decided to go for it after looking around for awhile! I really only needed a for light personal use after I got tired of using my work provided one. The laptop physically came in great condition and operates perfectly - I haven't had any issues at all! will definitely be using back market for future tech purchases!

    The computer arrived in excellent condition as it was packaged very well. It was also in much better condition than I had expected and was exactly as advertised. It showed hardly any wear at all and everything worked as expected. A very welcome experience with Back Market. I can hardily recommend them to everyone I know.

    I had a problem. The first laptop they sent me was legit stolen from a school lol. I contacted backmarket all pissed off and they handled everything so quick. They had me send it back, which I was nervous to do, and they said they would send me another one upon reviewing. It didn’t take them more than 3 days from when I got the delivery notification that they sent me another one. The second one worked perfect, really great quality, looked perfect. I tried backmarket again after this and have gotten better than what I was expecting. Would recommend.
