    Everything is good with the iPad Pro 12.9. It’s exactly as advertised. A little weird it came just in a padded sleeve with a cheap charge cable, but can’t say it’s defective or anything. Just a little weird as I’m used to buying refurbished from Apple where it arrives as good as new in a box with all accessories. But I didn’t pay that much higher cost, so nothing bad to say about it.

    iPad came in super good condition only thing is there was a small dent on the side of it but i wasn’t surprised since it’s a refurbished iPad but it works perfectly fine came in 4 days and I definitely recommend if you’re looking for an iPad.

    I got this watch at a great price! No problems with it! It was in very nice condition and came with a charger and band for it! It works amazing and I highly recommend buying your used and refurbished products from here. I bought my MacBook Air from here last year also and have no issues with it, this is the only place I will continue to buy my Apple products from!

    Genuinely, I have nothing bad to say. I was very unsure of this purchase to be honest. I have purchased refurbished products in the past and never had problems from Apple or Samsung, but I haven’t purchased from Back Market before. And honestly, I am impressed with the quality for the price. It was about $240 cheaper than a refurbished phone from Samsung of the exact model. I chose the “very good” condition and it has only two visible “scratches or dents” and they would not be seen with a case on and they were very minor. I feel happy with the purchase and confident that I will use Back Market again. Thank you Back Market for your service and if I do have any issues, I am happy I have a year warranty that came with my purchase!

    Dear BackMarket, You should know that the charging port on this phone did not work initially. I was very disappointed because it was a gift and I would have to send it back. Thankfully your website told me how to clean the extremely dirty llightening port and, so far, all functions are working. Please pass this information on to the refurbisher. Thanks, Susan Kooi

    My watch is Fantastic!. I wonder sometime because I bought it with a scratch on it, is it still waterproof, and can I go swimming with it. I wonder if I should’ve gotten the refurbished watch, rather than the watch with the scratch on it. What do you think about that. But overall, I am a static about the watch

    Shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, but the phone nevertheless arrived early. It is indeed in VERY good condition, still with great battery life/health and a lot of mileage left in it. I was nervous taking a chance with BackMarket, but I'm extremely glad I did! I saved $100 bucks off the best refurbished price I could find anywhere else, AND--unlike anywhere else--I get to trade in my current phone for $60. Could not be more pleased!

    The iPhone I purchased looks AMAZING—no scratches, looks brand new! Of course the battery health isn't the best, but that was expected since it's refurbished. The packaging was okay, I think it could be better. I would have liked to see more branding on and inside the packaging to make it look more professional. It just felt like I had bought the phone from a random online seller and not through BackMarket, if that makes sense. Also, the iPhone came with a lightning to usb cable, which was odd because newer iPhones usually now comes with a usb-c to lightning cable, so I won't be using it as I have one of my own anyway. Overall, I would make a purchase through BackMarket again and I would definitely recommend it as these issues are very minor. One last thing, their customer support is great! I had paid for overnight shipping and somehow it got switched to two-day shipping and I received a refund of the shipping cost. I am satisfied!

    It was a very fast delivery, there was like one or 2 medium size scratches but it was on the bottom so I didn't care. On the top it looks spotless. I didn't like that It have the old iOS thing. But that's on me for buying 2014 mac mini. But other than that it was a great buy. I play cyberpunk everyday on it with GeForce now gaming so its great.

    I recently ordered an iPhone 12 Pro 256GB in 'Good' condition. The phone arrived promptly in two days and I set about transferring all data from my old iPhone8, with great enthusiasm. Five tedious hours later it was done. The old phone was wiped and I planned to send it off to BM. Then I checked the battery capacity of the new phone which came in at an underwhelming 70%. Back Market guarantees a battery capacity of 85% or more. I contacted Back Market and their excellent customer service was On It. The only problem was that in order to manage the situation they needed me to wipe my new phone clean, send it back for assessment, wait for it, and then either send it back to me repaired or refund me. I asked if I could just take it to an Apple Dealer for a new battery that they would cover, and unfortunately they could not. I do not have time, energy, or patience to reload my old phone, send the iPhone back, wait for their fix, have them send it back, and take the hours to reload and wipe my old phone, and then package IT up to send to them. So I made the decision to just keep it (the rest of the phone is just as promoted, Good). Making this choice cancels my 1 yr. warranty with Back ...
