    My early 2015 11” MacBook Air has been my all time favorite laptop but after eight years of full time use its keyboard finally gave out. Fortunately, for the same price I’d pay to have it repaired, I was able to buy a nearly identical model here with twice the original’s 4GB RAM, in such pristine condition I feel like I just bought a brand new unit at 1/4th the price a new unit originally cost. Kudos to you and the refurbishers you work with.

    Arrived the second day after I placed the order. Everything exactly as promised. I like the economy of buying refurbished Apple Products. I don’t need the latest and greatest for email and shopping. Seems like a good idea to keep used electronics from the garden like places where such electronics are shipped, in order to recover any resources of value .

    came in good condition. The shipping was nice and loved the handy little card that came with it. Barely visible that it's refurbished besides the single mark. Bought from BackMarket before and always happy with the products.

    I was SO nervous to buy a "refurbished" computer but I am so impressed! It came looking brand new, charger and all. It was already fully charged so set up was super easy!! Definitely will buy from Back Market again. It also came a day early!

    This is my first Apple Laptop, or any Apple computer. Bought this because my wife has a Mac and just feels more at ease with the Apple product. I will get used to it and the MacBook Pro I bought looks about new. Great display and so far easy set up. Very satisfied with this purchase.

    Wow!! I needed a new Ipad for my child because he broke his Ipad mini 6 and they are charging me a few bucks i don’t have at the moment to fix so i came on back market and literally ordered the first ipad i seen and it was affordable paid 100 something for the ipad air and its up and running really great! My child plays these new games like roblox and melon playground we have downloaded it and its compatible!!! Thank you seller i will return soon the battery is what seems to run out fast but no biggie everything looks good!!

    The computer was fine, but it was advertised as [HP Chromebook x360 11 G3 EDU Celeron 1.1 ghz 32gb eMMC - 8gb QWERTY] and it had only 4GB RAM. It was an error, but I had to take it out, charge it because it was 'dead' (battery), set it up, figure out if it was correct or not, then remove my account from it, factory reset it, take photos, and ship it back for refund. The user issued a prompt return via Backmarket, but if it was labeled correctly, we could've just skipped the purchase in the first place.

    I got this for my son as a Christmas present, from setting up the iPad I know he will love it. Most definitely going to order him an apple pencil so he can draw, he's going to have a blast with that I know for sure. Delivery was so that I didn't even check the tracking status because 2 days after purchasing the iPad I received the package at my door. Great quality & fast shipping

    I really believe we should be using recycled devices more, so I believe in what you do. I have worries about the functioning of such products So far the iPad is working great! It feels good that its warranties for a year as a new one from Apple would. Thanks!

    Not having any other experience with Apple MacBook products, I don’t really see any difference between this and any new Windows PC I have ever had. So I am very happy with the product. Also, my experience with Back Market has been great, I have ordered a few times using this site and have always been pleased with what I have purchased. The shipping and delivery times have been very good, and I live in the middle of nowhere. I highly recommend this site, and trust the products I have received.
