    This was the second purchase I've made through BackMarket and both have been successful; the first was an iPhone 6si, purchased in 2018, which I still use in my office to play music through YouTube music and home wifi, since I've upgraded to an iPhone 13mini as my main phone. So far, I've been pleased with the purchase of the Mac mini 3.2 GHz 512gb - 32GB refurbished machine. Although, I questioned whether I should have purchased the same unit with 64GB of memory since I use a lot of applications, most of them being Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, I've been surprisingly pleased with the performance I'm getting from just 32GB of memory. Recently, I upgraded to the newest Mac OS, Sonoma, 14.3.1 and everything runs flawlessly. Overall, I've been very pleased with my purchase through BackMarket. There are other refurbished items I've seen on the site that I plan to purchase in time. The ability to use Affirm to loan me funds for the Mac mini purchase and future purchases is a super added bonus!

    I was looking to replace my dad's old MacMini as it was on its last legs. I tend to use electronics as long as possible to avoid e-waste. The ability to purchase a refurbished machine that met my dad's computing needs was a great option and a great value. Plus it helps to know that the refurbishers and the market support reducing e-waste.

    I’m super happy with my purchase, especially with the price being a fraction of what I would have paid for a brand new iMac. I’ll definitely be purchasing refurbished over brand new from now on!

    The condition of the iMac was incredible. However, upon set up, I had difficulty. I couldn't continue with the set up (for some reason) after connecting to the internet. The message indicated that I couldn't continue set up unless I contacted some organization and that I will be restricted from using apps/ monitoring. (Not exactly sure if it was me, or what) Well, I got nervous, Wiped the system and performed an Internet Recovery. Now it is up and running. I have had my eye on an iMac for sometime. Couldn't beat the price, condition or early delivery. I have purchased every apple product I own on backmarket. And often recommend it to others. This was the only experience I had that threw me for a loop. But I am certain I will be a returning customer.

    iMac is great with no hardware issues! Only issues are cosmetic such as the scratches being very noticeable despite ordering excellent condition. The keyboard is also very cheap feeling so I ordered an Apple Original keyboard. Definitely recommend buying this Mac.

    well it's a really fabulous iMac and it worked exactly as it's supposed to and was easily upgradable to Monterey operating system and the packaging of it was really fabulous with a special kind of heavy duty bubble wrap and I couldn't be happier with the delivery or the merchandise! Kudos to the vendor and Back Market!

    Friendly and truly competent service from Ben Rosenthall in ordering this iMac, installing it, taking care of the old one to erase all before donating it. Being not computer savvy I felt completely at ease with all this. I just need help to find a smaller replacement for my Mac laptop that's 15 years old and "died" after much happy use. Would like something to carry in handbag for travel. thanks!

    The machine seems to be fine. When I migrated data from my old computer, Apple told me to upgrade to Sonoma which I did. I've been having some problems with the computer and I can only assume it is the software and not the hardware. Knowing nothing about computers, I can't be sure. Anyway, the computer seems sturdy and is doing what I suppose it should be doing. It has not changed my life for better or worse. It's just a good machine.

    The computer came in the best condition, fresh out of the box. I need the Mac for a specific reason - but since it’s 2017, the MacOS software is incompatible. Sadly, I’ll be returning and purchasing a more recent model. But this is a must-buy…. The quality is 1000000% .
