    This is my second laptop purchase from Back Market. My first MacBook Pro lasted me six years - and could have lasted longer had I been able to continue updating my OS (obviously a Mac problem, not a BM problem). I love my new laptop. It looks great and functions smoothly so far (I've had it for a few weeks). One concern that's hopefully nothing is that the laptop can get hot to touch. I know that the best way to make your tech last is to prevent it from overheating. It's difficult to tell if this is just how this laptop was made with the i9 processor or if the heat has to do with its refurbishing. It's something I'm keeping my eye on. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase.

    Beside a super tiny dent that'sbarely noticeable, my refurbished MacBook Pro seems brand new. I'm very satisfied with it and the price was unbeatable.

    The ordering process was super easy. I got the MacBook Pro very quickly and it is in great shape. Everything works really well. The only place there is even a slight bit of wear and tear is on the keys. You can see they have been typed on. Other than that, you'd think that this was a new computer. I'd definitely recommend purchasing from here.

    I was of course skeptical of a refurb MAcBook Pro from a company I had never heard off. It was completely as advertised and 2 weeks in there has been no issues. The condition I chose was "good" not like new and it was exactly that, one small scuff on the outer shell. Would buy another from them in the future.

    My MacBook Pro Retina 15.4-inch i7 2014 came to me looking almost brand new. It is absolutely clean. It started up and functioned perfectly right away. I tried using Opencore Legacy Patcher to install VENTURA, and it worked beautifully. So no I'm using a brand-new-looking, nearly 10 year old MacBook Pro, running the latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop, everything works just perfectly. I could not be happier.

    This computer listing also had a listing for a Nvidia 1660 Video Card. Missing from the shipment as well. I brought 3 Dell XPS 8930 with hardware missing from what was listed on sale. Not a good way to do business.

    I’m loving it so far. It arrived early, was nicely packaged. Came with an Apple charger. It was very easy to connect to my Wi-Fi and my printer, IPhone. I love the speed, the computer had a small scratch but not very noticeable. Overall I am so happy I ordered a second as a graduation gift for our son. I have been telling everyone I know who love apple products where they can purchase for a hell of a lot less. This computer looks brand new. This is my first MacBook but won’t be my last. Thank you Back Market for making this possible…

    Great conditions for the price! I am super happy. I wanted an Ipad for studying and notes and this is a great acquisition. I bought a cheap amazon pen and it all works great, even got the latest iPadOS update :)

    Packaging was superb. I received my package 4 days earlier which was a bonus! As for the iPads, they appeared brand new. I am extremely satisfied with the entire Back Market experience and have been telling anyone who needs electronics this is the place to go. Thanks so much!!

    The order came in excellent condition. Just had a few scuffs around the perimeter of the MacBook. The shipping was insanely fast. I ordered it on Nov 7th at night and it came on the Nov 11 which is 4 days earlier than expected. The MacBook was under so many layers of bubble wrap that I am most certain if someone were to drop kick it, it wouldn’t suffer any damages whatsoever. The charge cycle is pretty good. Keyboard and trackpad works beautifully. Set up was a breeze and the added bonus is that the device came fully charged. I’m so happy with this purchase and plan to buy more from back market.
