    item not as advertised. in the item specifications it stated this laptop was a touch screen laptop. to my displeasure when I first attempted to use this laptop I realized that it is in fact not a touch screen laptop. I also paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping and it arrived 2 days later than promised. the arrival date was the same as standard shipping so I spent extra money for nothing.
