I got this phone for my youngest daughter and as a test to see how ordering a refurbished phone would go...to my surprise this iPhone 8 really was in excellent condition. It looks brand new and The battery is lasting her all day too. The day I received this phone, I came back to order a different phone for myself, and it arrives today. I am very excited and I would absolutely recommend buying from back market, I plan to buy an iPad soon and will be shopping from here when I do. I love the fast shipping too.

I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!

The phone was in very good condition, and it works just fine. I am not certain if the battery new when the phone was refurbished, because it doesn't seem to retain a full charge for an extended period of time...I think it is best to charge it virtually every day. I am, however, quite happy with the purchase. D.Lee

I bought a Mac mini from here last year for my teen and was very satisfied with that purchase. I returned for an iPhone 8, my teen's first phone, and had my husband set it up. He was very impressed with its condition and speed considering it was an iPhone 8; he purchased an iPhone 13 from Back Market the same night. I won't be drinking the Apple Juice anytime soon but my guys are happy.

I ordered an iPhone 8 in good condition. Delivery was good and it’s working just fine. I was under the impression that there would only be slight imperfections on the phone, but not the screen. However, it does have a scratch on the screen itself.

This gold iPhone 8 is clean. They did a good job making it nice again. There are no cosmetic issues whatsoever, the mesh covering the ear speaker is new and clean, the mesh covering the voice microphone area is also new and clean, the small screws are also new and clean. The only complaint is that the battery capacity is at 70%, and I will have to replace the battery. Even doing that, the phone is still a good deal, and I will have what I want, so I am happy. Thank you for this clean, pretty, functional “new” gold phone.
