    I've never used refurbished before but I must tell you the experience I've had has been great. Ordered an IPhone and it was delivered on time and in great condition. We did have an accident and had to return the phone. No problems with the warranty easy to follow and Back Market stayed to their word. I have reorder another phone. Great Job Back Market.

    I bought this phone because my old iPhone 6s was severely damaged and I very much needed to update my phone. This iPhone X came with a lot more storage space than my new phone, had a much better camera quality, and had a longer and better battery life. Although the maximum capacity on the phone I ordered was 79%, it has way more life in it than my other phone which had recently gotten a brand-new battery installed. Overall, a purchase I was very satisfied with, and would definitely order again if the need should arise!

    Even though the iPhone X I received had a "Maximum Battery Capacity" of 84% I would have to say the phone looked great. I ordered the phone in "Excellent" condition and that is exactly the way I received it. Unfortunately though the iPhone I received had a past due bill associated with it which I don't blame Back Market for. Back Market has been there for me on both of my transactions and help me along the way. I won't hesitate to place another order with them as soon as I find something I like.

    I had this phone for about 10 months and then it mysteriously died on me. I contacted backmarket about it and they had me ship it out to the seller for review. They were extremely helpful the entire way and sent me a brand new Iphone X to replace it! I would highly recommend Backmarket to anyone!

    I really like the IPhone X definitely a money saver for sure! The quality is amazing especially for a fair quality phone! This phone tends to have a short battery span but other than that i have no issues!

    It was a great phone! It came without any scratches and worked excellently. However, it is now a really old phone and with apples constant updates and newest models, it naturally got out dated. It worked amazingly for being second hand and an already older model.
