First off, the images of the Mac clearly show this is the four thunderbolt port model, not the two. I received the two. However, I purchased it in fair condition, and I would call the condition of the item good, bordering on excellent. So I’m not upset about it. The processor, Storage (RAM) and memory are identical to the product. And it was cleaned well. Packed well. And at a very fair price. I have had no issues with it, and I’m very happy with it. Just be aware for anyone buying refurbished, as soon as you receive it, go over the outside very carefully, turn it on, and check the specs to make sure it’s the same make and model you ordered, and then stress test it as soon as possible, (my preferred way is to open multiple tabs of YouTube, streaming 4k video to each, it’s a great way to test the processor, Ram, and fans. Bonus points, it gives you an idea of the battery life too!) Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
