So I had heard about this website and decided to give it a try. After looking at the reviews, I felt really good about ordering a laptop in “good” condition to save a little money since I really only need it for occasional remote work and personal use. I have to say that this laptop is basically flawless and might as well be brand new. I honestly cannot believe that I got a MacBook in perfect condition for under $600. I have been telling everyone I know about this website and it’s honestly the best refurbished marketplace I’ve seen. I can’t wait to purchase more from BackMarket.

The first MacBook Pro I purchased had problems, but BackMarket took it back happily and refunded me quickly. I bought a different one (for less $) here, and it's working great! It has a few very minor cosmetic issues, which I expected, and performs much better than the other one, even though it's a year older. The only quibble is with the 2-year warranty on the defective MacBook, which is taking some extra effort to get refunded -- but I trust it will work out!

I got a MacBook Pro 2018 with Touch Bar the MacBook is nice I don’t know how to feel about it I just received it yesterday I’ll be giving another update the scratches and dents on the corner are not bad I just kinda don’t like how they tried to hide the mess ups like the MacBook already came with a case to cover the scratches I guess and the keyboard came with a keyboard case already on it I guess to cover the lift keys … but for what I paid for and the condition I bought it I know what to except overall I love the MacBook thank you ! I just need some to to complete my courses so this a good start up computer for now it kinda gets warm fast but overall it’s nice no glitching or anything interally wrong with it as of right now

Overall happy with the Mac but the keyboard is super sensitive and a bit frustrating at times. Not sure if it's just the model because the keys definitely feel different than a 2015 Macbook Pro I own and those keys work seemlessly. But overall good quality for the price.

I THINK I will like it fine. There are differences from my prior MacBook Pro, but I am learning them as I go along. I THINK all is good! Thank you for asking. That's impressive! After more use, three things seem to happen: 1) A lot of letters get typed, but show as a blank space, in lieu of the letter like this as an example, com es, 2) autocorrect comes up with some really weird recommendations (don't see how that could be laptop related) and 3) I seem to be hitting two keys at one time compared to my prior computer (MacBook Pro). Could the keyboards be different sizes? Both had 15" screens. Thanks!

Most definitely the best seller no flaws with the MacBook only downside is the laptop heating up and the camera looking kinda bad which is a universal issue when it comes to laptops but. This seller made my day, it can multi-task effortlessly the graphics is stunning, everything about it is stunning most definitely might stop by again and buy something for Christmas 10/10

Honestly device has worked great and only really use for work and movies in the airport. Only comment is super baby complaint but my keys have always had a little more resistance than I’m used too with MacBooks it’s might be the model or something but it just doesn’t have the same pop when I’m typing. Other than that tho 10/10 experience
