I am a 12+ years MacBook user and know what I expect. I was in the market for a MacBook for personal use. This was delivered on time. I bought this to record music and so far I am very happy. I can send stem files back and forth to my friend out of state in seconds. It is user friendly and easy to learn. I will use back market and mac products again in the future. I am a complete idiot and I am able to navigate this software, so I believe anybody could use this.

The laptop is in very good condition and has no fault. Initially the charger was not charging the laptop so I contacted the seller and they were able to rectify the issue for me. I would definitely recommend the seller to anyone purchasing from this website.

Just BEAUTIFUL! Rated as "Good" condition, but honestly it looks brand new to my eye. Great job on this and I love this computer. Works flawlessly. Back Market rocks! my 8th order, 2 of which has to be cancelled or returned (my issue, not a quality issue at all) and those returns went perfectly as well. Every order has completely exceeded expectations. Won't ever buy "new" again. BM is so supportive and legit. I have also traded in my older devices which also went incredibly smooth. Got way more than a trade in and the BM system is just as easy if not more so. Do not hesitate to go with anything on this platform. I have been thoroughly impressed 8 times now! This laptop failed within 6 months. It is dead now and I don't know if I will have any retribution for this :( I don't think this is a good quality refurbishment, something was wrong this was a dud and did not work well. It froze constantly for periods of time since I got it. Obviously something was wrong.
