Purchased the refurbished Pro 7 from Back Market to replace the Pro 4 my firm assigned for my use in early 2017. The Pro 7 works great for my needs. It's it seems faster than the 4 which works better for my office, travel and entertainment needs. The only issue with the 7 is the finger track pad stop tracking the curser. There is probably a track pad sensitivity setting I will look for in settings. Otherwise, the mouse work flawlessly with no track issues. Very happy with Back Market equipment.

Alright so I've officially had this laptop for just over 2 week and it is absolutely perfect. I bought it in excellent condition and it arrived in just 3days with only tiny scratches on the back you'd have to look hard to notice. No complaint, it was going in a case anyway. My previous laptop was a Surface Pro 6 Core i5 and it began to get phantom touches, preventing me from drawing on it. This surface pro 7 core i7 is exactly what I needed and more!! It performs so much better than my last laptop. I'm so glad I gave this a chance. I saved $20 compared to getting a new Surface pro 6 Core i5 from Amazon.

honestly was really skeptic about it, but I also have a phone that I got from back market and it's still running really well. even after 4 years. I did receive the Microsoft pro in excellent condition and have no complaints, honestly it a works great, the quality is pristine and the speed is great! I really enjoy it so far and there are no physical damage, couldn't have asked for better!

So far so so good and really thankful for this. Firstly, that this product was be available at the price, at the quality I got it. Prompt delivery, no hassle with payment. Thank God!! Back Market was impressive and did beyond expectation as the product came with a keyboard (unexpected). Everything working fine, all that was needed was to sign in and update the OS to set everything working excellently. Thank God and thank you back market. What's more they are willing to further support after purchase. Welldone guys!!!
