I was a little worried about using Back Market but the 30 day return and 1 year warranty convinced me to try it. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. I got the exact phone I wanted in nearly perfect condition for a great price. And getting it on my cell phone provider network/plan was easy. I did it online in a few minutes and my contacts, photos, etc were transferred to the new phone easily and in a matter of hours. Quality of product, price, and ease of getting the new phone set up was all great. Better than I expected. I will probably be back when it's time for another device.

Great phone, great price, fast delivery! Looks brand new! Exact replacement for my previous phone that was run over on the highway. (Left it on top of my Jeep!
