phone is brand new and works great was delivered on time and I have no complaints except it's not the exact phone I wanted. I ordered a note 20 256gb. I received a note 20 128 gb. not that it's much of a problem just a little bummed

My Note20 came in quickly and setting up was a breeze. It is functioning so well. I am in love with the features on this phone. I've had so many compliments on the quality of the pictures it takes. I really love the stylus and being able to make handwritten notes.

Seller sent the wrong phone (this is the third time it's happened to me on this site) I ordered a 256gb phone they sent a 128gb. Seller refused to replace it with the correct one and just refunded the order. Always check your phone when it arrives this is becoming a frequent occurrence with the sellers on this site in my experience.
