I've heard so many stories about buying previously owned mobile phones that I was really hesitant. I really didn't want to be taken for a ride, so I did my due diligence and researched who I could rely on giving me the best bang for the buck, as it were. It turned out to be Back Market. I upgraded my old Samsung S6 to a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G, an older flagship to be certain, but the phone I got looked like new. It was cosmetically flawless and after loading all my old applications, I was back in business. I couldn't be happier and after a year, I'll update my review to show how the phone is still functioning.
