    It's just this is the second time we bought something that didn't work, had to return it and start over. this time it was a Christmas gift for our grandson. He was so very sad it wouldn't work, and won't have it for his Christmas school break. 🙁 So, we've purchased things 4 times. A 50% success/error rate is a bit frustrating. Thank you for your consideration wih this.

    I waited almost 2 months (a month and 3 weeks) for my product, which was never received; only to receive a refund that will take up to or more than a week, I requested a credit instead and was denied. I requested an additional 12% to be compensate for time wasted, and interest for holding my money and to purchase a newer one from a different seller and was denied. this has been an absolute waste of time I would have used another retailer if I had known a little more about the customer services at backmarket
