Experience was great! Order got here quickly, iPad worked fine and looked like it was in protect condition to have purchased one in fair condition. The only issue is this iPad is too old to update past the iOS version 12 which it wouldn’t allow me to download any apps for my kiddo like Speech Blubs or Disney+ because the iPad needs to be update to atleast iOS 15 so I’m sending this one back and have already placed another order for the 2017 version which updates to an iOS 16.

It included a brand new charger, and had no issues creating an account or any software issues. This is a great bargain! I purchased it for my youth in Foster Care, excited for my youth to be able to have something to do while we find them a foster home.

iPad was in great condition for the condition I picked! Only one barely visible scratch on the back that I had to be in direct sunlight to see. My mother was very happy with this as a Christmas present as her previous one had finally stopped working. Awesome purchase and showed up in onky 2-3 days for standard shipping.

It’s useful, but there are sites I cannot visit, sites that won’t load, and apps I cannot download due to the iOS software (no update available due to model). I can utilize Word and Excel which is great!
