I received the phone in less than a week which was a plus. The phone came in super great condition no scratches or anything and battery health at 100% (I got excellent condition btw). I was skeptical at first but this definitely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend.

The phone arrived in good condition from the shipping so thank you. But I have to say I paid for the excellent condition phone and battery is 86% the one I got rid of was 89% so I guess I’m a little better off than before. It also does have a for very tiny scratches on the lower part of the screen when I examined it and cleaned it up after opening. Overall I’d say I’m happy I got the phone and good price but disappointed tha “excellent” condition was only 6% better battery life than my previous phone I traded in for that reason really. My suggestion is maybe post current/actual conditions of phones so a buyer isn’t too shocked when the best condition phone offered and paid for comes up a little short of expectations.

Such a beautiful phone and the condition posted said good but there is not a single scratch or dink on it. on top of that the phone came 5 days early. im super happy. thank you BackMarket!

customer service was great. Just wondering about the phone. Keeps overheating after about 15 minutes if in Direct sunlight.
