I have not used an iPhone since my 6s, have been an Android user since then. But I really wanted a smaller phone and I also want to support purchasing existing over new, so I got a mini 13 and I love it. I think iOS and Android operating systems have their own strengths and weaknesses but in terms of just pure kit, this lil iphone is a jewel. It feels so good in the hand, it's in perfect condition, battery life is fantastic. I waited too long to make this purchase! I could have been this happy much sooner.

Everything was fine until I had a question about returning my trade in phone. Absolutely impossible to get in touch w/ them. Repeatedly followed prompts to "get Help" only to have error message pop up every time.

Pro: Glad the return process was easy. Con: Condition of product advertised as "good", which says body "may have micro-scratches visible from 8 inches away". However, the phone I received has very visible scratches and dents on all sides of the phone. The paint is scratched off and the metal underneath is exposed.

The still pretty huge price of this phone vs the dinky price of my trade in still kinda sucks…
