I purchased the phone in excellent condition with a new battery for 560$. Totally worth it, considering the fact that I would've gotten the exact same phone in the same condition for 699+ taxes if I had bought it from an apple store. It was brand new with all genuine parts. It also came with the lightning-fast cable. No one can tell that this phone is refurbished. I also got the delivery at the date specified on the website, which was only 3 days. Overall, I had a very good 1st experience with back market.

i’m obsessed with my new phone !! i only have one complaint- i ordered a phone in excellent condition & it has a big scratch at the bottom of the screen ! not what i would expect from “excellent condition.” Luckily with the screen protector on it’s barely noticeable, but still, i was kinda bummed about it. other than that the phone works literally perfectly & is beautiful! this is the third apple product i’ve bought from back market & i totally recommend it to anyone who’s unsure about trying a refurbished piece of tech. i’ll be using this phone for years to come! totally worth it :)

Was a little iffy on getting a refurbished phone but so far so good. Phone came in great condition, no marks or scratches. Everything works properly. Easy set up. No complaints. Everything was as described. Will be ordering more for family.

The phone I received was in near perfect condition, I am very pleased! I wouldn't be able to tell any difference between my refurbished phone I received vs if I had paid over $200 more for a new phone.

So I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone but eventually went through with it, the phone works great and looks great, I ordered it in good condition and there were a few scratches on the corners that were fairly visible which I don't have a problem with, some people said they ordered in in good condition as well and theirs came in flawless. I personally love it and for anyone reading this, it is worth it if you're skeptical about ordering from here, I will most definitely order from here again!
