My daughter got this phone. It was the perfect condition and works perfect. She loves this phone it was two apple upgrades higher and cost a little over 500. Thankyou back market was great experience. Will do business again in the future.

Bought this phone for my daughter, when receiving the phone it starting randomly restarting, which was disappointing and we sent it back for repair. Sadly it wasn't able to be repaired so they issued a refund for it , which we are currentl waiting for. The customer service was good though, just the phone wasn't.

I was skeptic about this phone but after getting it I was extremely impressed with how beautiful my phone is and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Thank you all so much I look forward to doing more bus

This is the third IPhone I purchased from your site. I decided on a Fair Condition phone just to see what condition it would be in and how functional it would be. I cannot tell the difference between Fair and Good. Both look and operate perfectly. This was a great purchase. Excellent packaging and excellent shipping time. Thanks again.

The condition of the physical phone was very good. That said, the battery health was not what I would categorize at excellent. I’m a little disappointed in that. I purchased to 2 phones in “excellent” condition, but the battery health on both was not good.

Paid extra for speedy delivery. Received phone on time. Spent 8 hours transferring data. Started to see an error about SIM card not installed. Set the phone on the counter SIM card with disengaged and never attach the network again. Attempted to get the esim to work. Spent 4 hours with Verizon to do that. Not effective. we'll have to return this phone as damaged on delivery. What is really upsetting me now is that I spent 12 hours of my time, spend extra money to get the phone here quickly, and now have to go through a return process. Well I would understand that a damaged phone does require a return. Backmarket is not taking into consideration my needs and my time spent to figure out a phone that in fact was not functioning properly. It doesn't seem to be any retribution on that part. Nor does it seem that back market is interested in making up for that by getting me a phone quickly. Instead I have to send this phone back to determine whether it should be a repair or a replacement. This could take multiple days if not a week or more and yet I wanted the phone quickly to keep my life in order. Lastly I have to spend all this time to try and get this communicated to somebody in back...

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE DAY BEFORE ACTUALLY DAY. EXCELLENT TO OPEN IT open it and looks great love the color my favorite color. came with charger cable and box and glass I took it off because I got full body case. although it few scratches on the screen it does show thru my case or when I turn it on everything else is great. edges smooth. camera smooth.

I’m really happy with my iPad from BackMarket. It arrived in a timely manner and was in great condition.

I ordered this for my 10 year old . The phone came in just 4 days I’m guessing that was just due to weekend 😊😊 I’ve been a customer since 2020 every time I’m ready to upgrade I’m coming here first no need to compare . Fast efficient service and excellent customer service for any issues that may arise immediate response is always imminent ☺️. 10/10
