Phone was in great condition, but it was locked to another carrier. Description said it was locked to T-Mobile, which is incorrect, it is locked to Metro. I called Metro who said that the phone was purchased 44 days ago, so they could not unlock it. While Metro is owned by T-Mobile, they are separate companies and a Metro locked phone will not work on T-Mobile. Buyer beware.

I ordered a pixel 6a locked to T-Mobile receiver the device tdy in perfect condition but when I go to set it up i can't get service so I called tmobile spent hours in hold to find out the phones locked to Metro by T-Mobile and not T-Mobile when the listing doesn't specify at all
