A FEW tiny, barely noticeable scratches on the outer surface. But the screen was in perfect condition and it runs extremely well! They even offered to help me set it up! So pleased with this refurbisher and Back Market!

I didn’t know at first about buying a laptop from this website, It was my first purchase for a refurbished laptop but it works GREAT. The only issue I’ve had is it will jam if too many tabs are open, but it’s only happened 2 times. I would order from them again!

I ordered a MacBook Air in good condition & it has been amazing. It truly looks like a brand new laptop aside from the very small dent on the front which you can't see with a case on it. Super happy I purchased from here & didn't buy a brand new laptop for 3x the price. Will be making additional purchases from here

The MacBook is s good, but it takes a long time to start up and it has crashed a couple times already, and upon restarting the computer, it shows a message that the computer needed to shut down unexpectedly because of an error.
